We offer convenient on-line resources that are available 24/7 for parents to monitor their child’s cafeteria account. SchoolCafé
SchoolCafé is a safe, secure, and easy way to manage your child's cafeteria account. Apply for free or reduced meals, make payments, view purchase history, receive low balance alerts,and set restrictions on your student's account. For convenience, parents can also setup automatic payments to replenish your child's cafeteria funds. Please note that School Cafe charges a convenience fee for all online transactions. San Angelo ISD does provide payment options as listed below that do not require this fee.
Registering for a FREE account with SchoolCafé is easy. Go to https://www.schoolcafe.com/ to sign up. All you need is your student(s) ID. If you do not know your students ID number, please contact their campus.

Meal and A La Carte Payment Options/Account Funds
San Angelo ISD provides multiple avenues for households and students to pay for and/or add funds to their school meal accounts:
1. SchoolCafe.com/SanAngeloISD - Households may add funds to their students account conveniently through this site. Please note that School Cafe charges a convenience fee for this service.
2. Cash or Check accepted by campus cafeteria - Students / Guardians may pay for meals or apply funds to their accounts directly in their cafeterias for no additional fees. If dropping money at the front office for the cafeteria, Place funds in an envelope marked "For Cafeteria Manager" for "StudentName". On the inside, include cash or check and a note that clearly indicates the Students Full Name (First and Last), Student ID#, Amount to be deposited.
3. Cash or Check accepted by the Child Nutrition Services Office - Students / Guardians may bring cash or check to the Child Nutrition Services office.
You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.

Refunds

DISTRICT CHARGE POLICY
The San Angelo ISD Charge Policy states that when student SchoolCafé accounts do not have enough funds to cover costs of meals, San Angelo ISD will allow students to continue to charge up to $12.00 on their account. This allowance is limited to lunch meals only, and does not include A La Carte items. After the $12.00 advance/charge limit is met, then students will no longer be able to charge to their SchoolCafé account but will be offered an emergency meal consisting of a ham and cheese sandwich and the students choices of juice or milk until the owed balance is paid on the account.
Families are reminded that:
- Payments can be made in the School Cafe app, online at www.schoolcafe.com or by sending a check or cash with your student. Additional payment option information is listed above on this page.
- Low balance alerts and automatic payments can be set up in your students School Cafe account for ease of management.
- We are committed to helping our students continue to have access to nutritious meals. Please remember, Free and Reduced Meal Applications can be completed at any time during the school year. Learn more here.
- SAISD offers breakfasts to all students at no cost.
